Planning Appeals

If we refuse planning permission, or grant permission subject to conditions, or fail to determine a planning application within the statutory time limits, the applicant has the right to appeal to the Planning Appeals Commission (PAC).  There is no third party right of appeal.  Only the applicant or their agent can make an appeal.  For details of how to lodge an appeal and the timeframe for doing so please refer to the Planning Appeals Commission.
