Annual Equality Reports
Each year, we submit a report to the Equality Commission of Northern Ireland on the progress of our work in relation to the equality and good relations duties under Section 75 of the Northern Ireland Act 1998. These reports are submitted to the Equality Commission by the end of August each year.
In addition, we submit a report to the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) in line with our obligation under the Rural Needs Act (Northern Ireland) 2016. These reports are submitted in June each year.
