The ewes milk cheese, made in ‘Plain’, 'Red Pepper’ and ‘Chive’ varieties by Linda at Castlederg in County Tyrone using pasteurised milk from their own sheep.
Sheep’s cheese has many health benefits as it is a valuable source of nutrients and is much higher in total solids than a typical cow or goat cheese alternative.
