• Said portion of land is not used for any activity, including amenity. 

• Said portion of land had no economic impact on individuals in rural areas, as the said land was not being utilized.

• Strategic examination of the said lands was undertaken, which subsequently highlighted that said lands were not in use by the rural community. 

• Internal stakeholders indicated no current or future operational requirements.
