How will we know if this is making a difference?

We will continue to work on important actions to meet our hopes. 

We will keep checking the progress of the actions in the plan.  

We will measure these to see if what we are doing is having a positive impact on the people who live and work in the Causeway Coast and Glens area. 

The Community Planning Partnership will also continue to listen and engage with our community to identify changing needs and ensure that action to meet these needs is taken by working together.
