Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre team is delighted to welcome you to its fantastic programme of must see family events this festive season.

If you’re planning a Christmas day out December will bring a packed programme, of festive films, live music, creative workshops, storytelling and much more.

This Saturday 3rd December sees top wrestling stars from the World’s leading federation’s arrive in Limavady and battle it out for the prestigious Heavyweight Championship.

Back by popular demand the "Christmas Country with the Stars Show" returns on Friday 9th December for another super night of toe-tapping Country magic with a seasonal feel.  This fantastic line-up includes the hilarious Gary Gamble and his surreal impressions of Daniel O’Double, the popular TV star Caitlin, and yodelling from maestro Kenny Archer.

Elvis fans will be guaranteed a two-hour trip down memory lane as Ireland’s premiere Elvis show, the Elvis Spectacular starring European Champion Ciaran Houlihan, returns to the Danny Boy Auditorium on Thursday 29th December.


Festive Films

Saturday 17th December brings a midday screening of Christmas Classic, White Christmas, or why not start the school holidays off with a family visit to see Dr Seuss, How the Grinch stole Christmas on Thursday 22nd December.

Christmas Creativity

Fiona Shannon brings creative festive fun to the arts centre on Saturday 3rd December as she leads workshops to create clay Christmas Decorations (one for adults and one for young people aged 8-12 years).

The 3rd December will also see Naturally North Coast & Glens host their Roe Valley Speciality Market (weather permitting) from 11am until 4pm.

On Saturday 10th December the incredible Kelly Quigley will host festive storytelling sessions for tiny tots, aged 2-5 years, bringing to life some favourite winter fables while Banyan Theatre Company will be passing on their Christmas Puppet Making skills at a workshop for young people aged 5-11 years.
