Local Development Plan

Government bodies helped to create the Local Development Plan (LDP) and it is used with the Community Plan to show how the Borough should look, and how land should be used and developed. It will also help with planning and decisions in the area. 

The plan sets out time frames for key stages within it.  The Council’s Statement for involving everyone in Planning (SCI) and how they meet with everyone is available at:

Delivery Action Plans

The revised delivery plan agreed by everyone has 12 medium term outcomes which help meet long term strategic outcomes.  There are also 31 Actions to help deliver the plan (see following pages).

It is important that everyone continues to work together to help deliver the plan, so it benefits the community, the economy and the environment within Causeway Coast and Glens area.
