The Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council PEACEPLUS Partnership is to host a series of roadshows across the Borough to provide further information on its £6m Co-Designed Local Action Plan Bid.

The Partnership submitted its bid to the Special European Programmes Body (SEUPB) on 14th December 2023.

Explaining the purpose of the roadshow, Chair of the PEACEPLUS Partnership, Councillor Ciarán McQuillan said: “We understand that many local networks, organisations and individuals interested in potentially tendering or bidding for the delivery of some of the programmes will be interested to find out more about the type of prospective tendering opportunities through our proposed programme, but also to avail of an overview of what makes a good bid, and guidance around completing a tender exercise.

“Due to the emphasis on ‘Partnership’ working and delivery, we are keen to connect organisations, networks and individuals who are open to working together to deliver successful and sustainable programmes.”

The roadshow dates and locations are as follows:

  • 28th February; Ballymoney Town Hall, 1.30pm - 2.45pm
  • 28th February; Roe Valley Arts & Cultural Centre, Limavady, 7pm - 8.15pm
  • 29th February; Cloonavin, Coleraine, 1pm - 2.15pm
  • 6th March; Sheskburn House, Ballycastle, 7pm - 8.15pm

Those interested in attending should register in advance via peaceplus@causewaycoastandglens.gov.uk

Roadshows will require a minimum of 5 attendees. An online session can also be provided if demand/interest exists, which will be confirmed after the roadshows have completed (date will be confirmed in due course).
