Mayor opens Book of Condolence following Westminster attack

The Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council will be opening Books of Condolence in memory of those who died in the Westminster attack.

Five people were killed in the incident which happened on Wednesday 22nd March.

The Mayor, Alderman Maura Hickey, has also written to the Lord Mayor and the Mayor of London to convey her sympathy.

She said: “There is no doubt that we have all been left shocked and saddened by events in London this week. I would like to send my sincere sympathy to all those affected by the attack, and my thoughts and prayers are with them.”

Books of Condolence will be available for members of the public to sign at Coleraine Town Hall, Ballymoney Town Hall, Sheskburn House in Ballycastle and Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre in Limavady from 10am on Monday 27th March until 4pm on Friday 31st March.
