Inclusive skills challenge videos available online now

Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s Sport and Wellbeing Development Unit has put together a series of inclusive skills and challenge videos to help members of the public stay active at home.
The video challenges have been created in partnership with Disability Sport Northern Ireland.
Covering a variety of activities, they are designed to test a range of fundamental skills including strength, speed, agility, coordination, hand eye coordination and timing.
A record sheet is available to accompany the videos which will allow participants to record their scores/times. Compete against yourself to see if you can beat your previous scores!
