Town & Village Management of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council wants to continue to support town centre retail businesses to ‘Strive & Thrive in Retail’ in 2022, through the implementation of a third round of our focussed retailer support programme.

We are continuing to see real success stories post covid recovery with many retailers embracing social media and selling online during the pandemic.  However, it’s great to see retailers embrace new ways of working and welcoming the return of shoppers to our high streets.

This programme is designed to help your business ‘Strive & Thrive in Retail’ in 2022 through mentoring support tailored to your business.

Delivery will be through:-

  • Three webinars (how retail is changing, visual merchandising, customer service)
  • Individual and confidential business review
  • mystery shopper experience and report
  • up to 3 days one-to-one bespoke mentoring to include business review, costs/savings, customer service training (as appropriate)

The programme aims to help retailers review their current business structure, their store’s impact,  costings, review and improve customer service.  The focus is on improving customer experiences, increasing footfall and increasing sales.

The programme will commence in September 2022 to be completed by November 2022.
