Retailer Support Programme

Town & Village Management of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council wants to continue to support town centre retail businesses to ‘Strive and Thrive in Retail’ in 2023, through the implementation of a further round of our focussed retailer support programme. 

In partnership with Alchemy, we are offering bespoke retail support via one-to-one mentoring (up to 3 days).

Programme Content

The programme aims to help retailers to:

• review their current business strategy,
• review their store’s impact,
• review their costings 
• improve customer service and
• plan for business growth.

The focus is on

• improving customer experiences,
• increasing footfall and
• increasing sales.

Closing for New Applications at Noon on Friday 10th February 2023.

There are up to 18 spaces available on this programme and requests will be reviewed on a first come first served basis.  

Assistance will commence on approval and must be completed by 31 March 2023.

Applicants must currently be trading and based in a town or village centre location within Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area.
