‘Strive & Thrive in Retail’ – Retailer support programme for town centre businesses

OPENING SOON - Tuesday 18th January at Noon.  Limited Places!!

As part of our recovery campaign, Town & Village Management of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council wants to support town centre retail businesses to ‘Strive and Thrive in Retail’ in 2022, through the implementation of a focussed retailer support programme.

We are continuing to see real success stories following the last year of lockdowns and restrictions with many retailers embracing social media and selling online during the pandemic.  However, with the ease of restrictions and shops reopening it’s great to see retailers embrace new ways of working and welcoming the return of shoppers to our high streets.

This programme is designed to help your business ‘Strive & Thrive in Retail’ in 2022 through a business review, instore advice and mentoring support individual to your business.  Delivery will be through:-

  • two webinars
  • mystery shopper experience and report
  • instore visit with visual merchandising advice
  • up to 3 days one-to-one mentoring to help retailers interact with customers in a new environment and gaining new customers too.

The programme aims to help retailers interact with customers in a new environment and gaining new customers too.  It will commence in February 2022 to be completed by end March 2022.

Applicants must currently be trading and based in a town centre location within the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council area.
