Coleraine Revitalise 2021 – 2023 Grant Programme – FINAL CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
In 2021, Council launched a new Revitalise grant programme for Coleraine Town Centre which has been funded by the Department for Communities (DfC).
This grant was for specific areas within Coleraine Town Centre including:
- Church Street
- The Diamond
- Queen Street
- Abbey Street
- Bell House Lane
- Park Street.
The following map highlights in GREEN, the eligible areas:
Some properties have already received offers for funding of up to £5,000 toward the cost of shop front improvements and we would welcome further applications from interested parties with properties in this project area.
Please note that the deadline for applications is Monday 4th July 2022 @ 5pm. Any applications received after this date may not be considered for funding under the scheme.
We would urge all property/business owners consider this opportunity seriously, as there is a risk that funding not allocated by July will be de-committed by the Department.
