Applications are now closed for Causeway Coast and Glens Labour Market Partnership’s Chef Academy.

 

The academy will equip participants with the skills they need to work in a busy kitchen, and with hospitality a key sector in our area it will help local employers’ full current vacancies.

The Academy will run for four consecutive weeks beginning on Monday 6th March 2023.

 

The deadline for applications wasTuesday 28th February at 4.00pm.

12.30pm-3.30pm  Introduction to kitchens/Health and Safety & Talk by chef

Demo and talk by Master Chef on ‘layers of flavours’

Wednesday 8th March 2023

9.30am-1.30pm  Employment preparation day by Careers.

9.00am-2.00pm Kitchen skills
