The ‘Future Females’ Leadership and Management Development Programme is a new and innovative 8 week programme specifically for female leaders and female managers who are looking to develop their management and leadership skills. (Due to Covid-19 this course will be delivered online)

This programme is suitable for team leaders, middle managers and also entrepreneurs, and this qualification is ideal if you are have management responsibilities but no formal training and are serious about developing your abilities and your business. 
It is particularly suited to team leaders and middle managers seeking to move up to the next level of management, and also managers who need to lead people through organisational change and a wide range or other challenges.


On successful completion of the programme you will achieve the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management. 

Who should attend?

Existing and aspiring female managers, team leaders and also entrepreneurs who want to take their skills and career to a much higher level.

How much does it cost?

The ‘Future Females’ Leadership and Management Development Programme is FREE. This is subject to eligibility for Skills Focus funding from the Department for the Economy. (The non-funded price is £499) 

Closing date for applications

Completed funding documentation and the course enrolment form must be returned by 2pm, Monday 6th July 2020. However, please note places are allocated on a first come first served basis so do not delay your application as places are limited. 

Course delivery and duration

The course is delivered online (via MS Teams) over 8 weeks with 2 classes per week. Candidates also receive 1-2-1 support time with the lecturer.  Each class is 90 to 120 minutes long.
