New information on booking systems, mobile app, memberships and opening hours

We understand you have loads of questions at this time.  We have answered some of these below.

 

Do I need to book to use the fitness suite, fitness classes and swimming pool?

Yes, there will be strictly no access to the activities without prior booking.  Access to the fitness suite and swimming pool will be in 60 minute sessions.  Fitness, swim and class sessions will also be required to be booked to allow gaps between each activity to allow for safe movement of people out of the facility and the sanitising of equipment.   

 

I have a membership but it was suspended because of Covid-19, what options do I have?

Your membership has been re-activited and correspondance has been sent to each member.   If you have any membership concerns, please email us on leisure.membership@causewaycoastandglens.gov.uk

 

How do I book a fitness suite session, fitness class or swim?

If you are a member, you can book on our mobile app or online – download our app ccgleisure.  Family swim sessions and soft play sessions can only be booked via telephone call to reception.

If you are a pay and go customer – please contact us on leisure.membership@causewaycoastandglens.gov.uk and we will give you instructions of how to book on a casual basis. 

 

When do swimming lessons start back? 

At the minute we are working towards a swimming programme in September. Dates and times will be confirmed, so keep an eye on Social Media Channels or feel free to email again in September.
