Family Swim Code of Conduct



Pre booking

  • Families are to come pool ready to the Centre, wearing their swimwear under their clothes 

  • Family swimming sessions will consist of 7 families per session.

  • A family ticket price is based on 1 adult and 2 children. 

  • Each swimming session will last for 1 hour, followed by 30 minutes to allow for family changing and cubicle sanitation.

  • Age restrictions apply: 1 adult is allowed 2 children under 4, 1 adult is allowed 3 children 4-7 years. If any children are under 4 the ratio is 1 adult to 2 children

  • Due to Covid -19 restrictions Juvenile’s aged 8-16 must be accompanied by an adult.

 

On entry 

  • When customers book in at reception they will be allocated a yellow wrist band with a number from 1-7, this number will identify what yellow family cubicle they will be using. They will follow the one way system to the space provided for families to change and enter the pool.  Their bags are to be stored at a safe area on poolside.

  • During your swim

  • The minor pool is the primary area for family swims, families will also be able to use one of the double swimming lanes in the main pool (Subject to availability).

  • Family swim groups are asked to remain within their ‘bubble’ and ensure they maintain social distance from others within the pool

  • Post Swim

  • After completion of the swim, the family makes their way to the cubicle. SHOWERS AND HAIRDRYERS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

  • Upon exiting, leave the Wrist Band on the table provided at Reception for sanitation.

  • As a protective measure the Attendants will perform a sanitisation of the cubicle and confirm with reception the cubicle is back in use for the next session.

  • Lane swimming will still be available in one double lane. (Subject to availability).
