PQQ - NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Applications are invited from Experienced & Qualified Main Contractors, under the terms of the NEC3 Engineering & Construction Short Form Contract, who wish to be considered for inclusion on a Select List for the following Village Renewal Capital Projects:-
PQQ 1 – New lighting installations at Greysteel & Castlerock, and a Heating system at Cloughmills. Estimated project value: - £125,000
PQQ 2 – New and upgraded pathway construction at Burnfoot, Gortnaghey & Greysteel. Estimated project value: - £250,000
PQQ 3 – Landscaping works at Dervock, Ballyvoy & Castlerock. Estimated project value £200,000
Each project will be subject to a 2-stage tender process, with this portion being Stage 1, Pre-Qualification Questionnaire, (PQQ), with a select list of contractors formed and invited to participate in Stage 2, Invitation to Tender, (ITT).

PQQ submissions must be received no later than 12noon, Tuesday 21st June 2019.
