Shop staff complete Council’s food safety course

Staff members at Milltown Spar in Ballymoney have completed a Level 2 Food Safety in Catering refresher course.
Facilitated by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s Environmental Services team, the accredited qualification has been developed to protect customers, brand reputation and profits.
The course ensures participants are aware of their food safety responsibilities, including food storage, preparation, cooking, service and handling.
