Talented local artist Fiona Shannon has been commissioned to create a new piece of community inspired artwork for Flowerfield Arts Centre.

Entitled ‘Parklife’, it will become a permanent feature outside the facility in Portstewart.

Members of the public are being encouraged to attend free ceramic classes to help create the final tiled piece.

The drop in workshops will take place on Saturday 1st, 8th, 22nd and 29th June from 11am to 1pm.

All ages and abilities are welcome to take part with each tile only taking 15 minutes to complete.
