Mayor’s Reception held for Honours Recipients

A Civic Reception has been held for local recipients in The Queen’s New Year’s Honours list.
The event was hosted by the Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, Councillor Joan Baird OBE.
A number of people who live and work across the Causeway Coast and Glens were selected for recognition this year.
Councillor Baird said: “I was delighted to have this opportunity to offer my personal congratulations. They have all made a huge difference to our Borough in many different aspects of life including charity work, the health service, sport and our young people. They are fantastic ambassadors for the area and on behalf of Council I would like to thank all of them for their ongoing commitment and dedication.”
