Creative learning courses in Ballycastle

Would you like to learn new skills and develop your artistic talents in the New Year?

Creative courses organised by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council start in Ballycastle this month for both adults and children.

A 10-week course aimed at developing your artistic painting skills will begin on Thursday 18th January. Ideal for beginners or improvers, the weekly class will take place from 7.00pm – 9.00pm. 

The popular Ballycastle Writers’ Group will host an 8-week course for adults beginning on Thursday 8th February from 7.30pm - 9.30pm weekly. Advance booking is required as spaces are limited so please contact kaslass@yahoo.co.uk or T: 079 2140 4946.

Children can get creative at the arts and craft Easter workshop delivered by Smudges Inc. This free drop-in workshop will take place on Saturday 24th March from 11am – 12midday and 12midday - 1pm. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

These courses are delivered as part of Flowerfield Arts Centre’s creative learning outreach programme and all activities will be delivered by experienced local facilitators.
