Young children aged 3-6 can join the Dramabugs workshop running for 6 weeks from Friday 21st September. The class will take place at 4.30pm-5.15pm and combine drama, spoken word and movement.

Older children who are interested in drama can sign up for The Limelight Factory which runs from Tuesday 2nd October to 13th November. Designed for ages 9-12, this brilliant course by Sorcha Shanahan combines storytelling and drama and takes place from 5pm-6.30pm.

Children can also enjoy after-schools Halloween Shadow Stories with Joan Alexander from Tuesday 23rd to Thursday 25th October. This workshop from 4.30pm-6pm will give children the opportunity to create their own spooky small scale stories using portable shadow theatres. Halloween festivities will continue at Roe Valley Arts and Cultural Centre with the Scary Arts Club on Saturday 27th October. Creative children will be able to make their own props and goodie bags in the workshop which takes place from 2pm-4pm.
