From global events like The Open and North West 200 to community focused occasions, celebrations and festivals, he says it has been an honour and privilege to play a part in it all.
The COVID-19 pandemic changed the course of his term, and the Mayor has reiterated his thanks to all those frontline workers and volunteers who have been to the fore over the past number of months.
