Active Life
Active Life is aimed at encouraging older adults to be more involved in sport and physical activity through Indoor Racquet Sports and Exercise sessions running at 4 of our Leisure/Sports Centres with a 5th to come in mid-autumn.
Movement makes people happier and healthier, and it does the same thing for our communities – with life-changing benefits that have huge social value. Active Life is our plan to make being physically active a normal part of life for everyone in Causeway Coast and Glens Borough.
Rise Gymnastics
An exhilarating, fun packed programme, from the foundations of gymnastics to advanced skills. Giving every gymnast the opportunity to shine. Programme only tih British Gymnastics.
Bambinos Soccer School
Bambinos Soccer School is held for primary school aged children. Spaces are limited to 24 per session.
IFA Shooting Stars

Dander Football
For males over 50, Dander Football is a slower version of the beautiful game that was designed to help get you off the side-lines, back into football and exercise, with no running and no slide tackles.
