Does your group organise a community festival or fun day?

Would you like some practical information and tips on everything you need to know to organise and manage your event?
Council has launched an updated Guide for the Planning and Organisation of Community Festivals and other Events.  The Guide, which is aimed at assisting voluntary groups who are organising community events, has been updated to take account of new legislation and provides useful information, such as what permissions and licences are needed, food safety, marketing, dealing with the media, risk assessments and a whole range of other issues.

The Guide includes templates and useful contact details and is available in hard copy version by request or it can be accessed by clicking here.
Please contact us at community.development@causewaycoastandglens.gov.uk  if you would like the Guide emailed directly to you or if you would like a hard copy.
